Some products can only be sent by courier such as those not meeting the small parcel delivery size range or those considered to require special or large-scale packaging by our shipping department.

Receiving an order
The carrier service is responsible for proper delivery of your packages.
However, we can help you to make a claim.
Above all, it is essential that you take the following precautions:
- Whenever you receive a package, we recommend you check, on opening the package, and in the presence of the delivery person, the condition of the goods delivered.
- If the equipment is damaged, you can refuse delivery and mark both on the delivery note and the package the following statement: « Refused - goods damaged » or « Equipment damaged ». Then, inform us of the problem by filling in the following 'Contact' form at formulaire de contact. We will take care of making the claim against the carrier service.
- Refuse to tick the statement «but the packaging is in good condition'.
If you have accepted the delivery without checking it, and observe any damage later, contact the carrier service within 48 hours of delivery by sending a letter via registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt stating what the damage was, and the related estimated costs (the invoice you paid MPV).
This legal formality is needed for the claim you've filed to succeed and for the costs to be covered under the carrier service's insurance policy.
