1. We do not accept any return without authorisation and a return number issued by our services.
2. If applicable, any costs for control, repackaging or reconditioning will be deducted.
3. Transportation costs for returns to MPV are at client's expense, unless the error is attributable to MPV, who in this case will recover possession of the equipment via a carrier service.
Making a claim under guarantee
The form below is for making a claim for a product you consider to be faulty and which is still under guarantee.
1. Any equipment damaged during transportation is not handled by the MPV After-Sales department (refer to 'Transportation and Delivery').
2. We do not accept any return without authorisation and a return number issued by our services.
3. The guarantee does not cover malfunctions arising exclusively from a design or manufacturing defect.
4. The guarantee covers only compliance work or repair of the equipment, or its replacement if such work is not possible.
