BIG type

USE

BIG type filter (supplied without cartridge) , a non-toxic plastic filter. It can be fitted with different cartridge models, which guarantee both mechanical and chemical filtering, depending on the type of cartridge.
Should the filter be subjected to sudden excess pressure, beyond the maximum pressure allowed, it is recommended that the safety valve be used to avoid damage to the filter structure (breaking or bursting).
If water filters are installed near heating equipment it is a good idea to fit a non-return valve to avoid the return of hot water which may damage the filter.
Filter should be assembled with teflon only.

Conditions of use:

• Max. pressure 7 bar at 20°
• Max. temperature: synthetic head = 40° - brass head = 50°
