USE
The model with casing provided with 6 terminals is designed for direct and ready control of the brake. In fact, the 2 additional terminals are used as a direct switch for the brake to by-pass the rectifier circuit thus ensuring rapid intervention, free from regeneration interference’s.
A CC brake compared to an AC brake, have an improved friction torque, an improved stability both in terms of torque holding and vibration and finally a reduced noise level.
The current six-terminal rectifier is used to speedup just the closure thus the brake blocking, but acting manually on the two terminals that directly open the continuous current supply circuit.
